Shortlisted as small agency of the year!
Only 18 months after launching IndigoLeap, we’re delighted to be shortlisted for two awards in this year’s Marketing Society Star Awards - the most coveted marketing awards in Scotland, judged on effectiveness and results.
Our first brand project in 2019 has been shortlisted in the Strategic category for Brand Development. We led planning and strategy to deliver a forward-looking brand refresh for Heriot-Watt University Student Union to engage Generation Z, collaborating with our friends Julie Diver and Jackie Bain at design agency, 39 Steps.
Heriot-Watt Union’s Jamie Nutter and Sean Murphy are as obsessed with effectiveness as we are, and they focused, as always, on measuring the effectiveness of the new brand.
This evidenced that the new identity had quickly built pride in the Union among their hard-to-impress Generation Z students. This led to dramatically boosted engagement and new merchandise revenue.
While in the midst of the 2020 lockdown, we received the happy news that we’ve also been shortlisted alongside four of our peers, for the Chairman’s Award for Small to Medium Agency.

“We couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll keep working with the people who’ve put us on a new path, reinvigorated our passion for our purpose and had such a tangible impact - building pride and engagement beyond our targets, so we’re relevant to the next generation.”
